Owner/Operator -Erica Aube Is a graduate of Michigan State University's Student Organic Farmer Training Program in 2014. During her time at Michigan State University she served as an AmeriCorps service member with Ingham Academy.
Erica is passionate about cultivating sustainable farming systems to meet the needs of small farm growing through ecologically friendly methods and organic practices.
When she isn't dreaming of ways to "Farm Hack" her tools and systems, or harvesting kale, she enjoys hiking the woods, fishing, and all things related to good food with friends and family.
